George V Dining Room
Dine like royalty
The graceful setting, with rich, panelled walls and twinkling Waterford Crystal chandeliers bestows a grand sense of occasion. Our resident pianist plays softly in the background while you relax and enjoy exceptional dishes from the kitchen of acclaimed Chef Philippe Farineau, combined with much loved recipes of Beatrice Tollman and complemented by a fine selection of wines from Chief Sommelier, Robert Bowe.
Whet your appetite
Choose from dishes such as our Slow Roasted Rib of Beef from our carving trolley served with a homemade béarnaise sauce and a red wine and shallot jus. To end your meal an array of tempting desserts await including Nyangbo frozen chocolate mousse served with estate grown crabpear gel, chocolate cremeux and pear and vanilla sorbet and salted chocolate crisp.
Please note a dinner jacket is required for Gentlemen and tie requested for the George V Dining Room.
